针对企业科研人员特点,我们在思想政治工作中总结出“知情、解疑、顺气、鼓劲”八字方针,并进行了一些初步的探索。 知情——是做好思想政治工作的前提条件 如何知情?我们认为最重要的要做到三点:一是要真正把“尊重知识、尊重人才”落到实处。其次,要尊重他们的创造性劳动。大家都知道科研是探索,应当允许失败,不可一概以成败论英雄;再次,要使他们的成果受到尊重。
