目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散联合乳果糖对儿童功能性便秘(FC)患者血清胃肠激素水平的影响及疗效。方法选取儿科门诊就诊的儿童FC患者78例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组39例。对照组患儿均予以多饮水、调整饮食和加强排便锻炼等常规治疗。研究组患儿在此基础上加用口服酪酸梭菌活菌散联合乳果糖口服液治疗4周,其中酪酸梭菌活菌散0.5 g/次,2次/d;乳果糖口服液5 m L//次,2次/d。观察并记录两组患儿治疗前和治疗4周后血清胃肠激素P物质(SP)和生长抑素(SS)水平的变化,并评估其临床效果及不良反应。结果治疗4周后,两组患者血清SP或SS水平较前明显上升或较前明显下降,且研究组变化幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);同时在临床总有效率方面研究组患儿(94.87%)较对照组更佳(79.49%)(χ2=4.13,P<0.05),研究组治疗中出现不良反应4例,症状均较轻。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散联合乳果糖治疗儿童FC的疗效较显著,安全性较好,其作用机制与其能调节胃肠激素的分泌异常,升高血清SP水平和降低血清SS水平,加快胃肠蠕动功能密切相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Clostridium butyricum combined with lactulose on serum gastrointestinal hormones in children with functional constipation (FC). Methods A total of 78 pediatric patients with pediatric outpatients were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into study group and control group, 39 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given routine treatment of drinking more water, adjusting diet and strengthening defecation exercises. On the basis of this study, the children in the study group were treated with Clostridium butyricum viable combined with lactulose oral solution for 4 weeks, in which Clostridium butyricum 0.5 g / time, twice daily; lactulose oral solution 5 m L // times, 2 times / d. The levels of serum gastrointestinal hormone substance P (SP) and somatostatin (SS) in both groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment were observed and recorded. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were also evaluated. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of serum SP or SS in both groups were significantly increased or decreased significantly compared with those before, and the changes in the study group were more obvious than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the study group Children (94.87%) were better than the control group (79.49%) (χ2 = 4.13, P <0.05). There were 4 adverse reactions in the study group and the symptoms were mild. Conclusion Clostridium butyricum combined with lactulose treatment of children with FC more significant efficacy, safety is good, its mechanism of action and its ability to regulate abnormal secretion of gastrointestinal hormones, increased serum SP levels and lower serum levels of SS, accelerate gastrointestinal Creep function is closely related.
