目的 为股骨颈骨折的治疗提供解剖学基础。方法 观测58侧成人股骨头供血动脉的起始、行程及其头内分支。结果 股骨头的供血动脉有:前、后、上、下支持带动脉及股骨头韧带动脉,它们在头内分支相连构成了基部动脉环和拱形动脉网。结论 供应股骨头的动脉主要是上支持带动脉,其次为下支持带动脉;股骨颈骨折线的位置和骨折移位对股骨头血供的破坏具有决定性影响。
Objective To provide an anatomical basis for the treatment of femoral neck fractures. Methods The onset, stroke and head branch of 58 femoral head feeding arteries were observed. Results The feeding arteries of the femoral head were: the anterior and posterior, upper and lower support arteries and the femoral head ligament arteries, which were connected in the head to form the basilar and arcuate arteries. Conclusions The artery supplying the femoral head mainly supports the artery, followed by the artery which supports the femoral neck. The location of the fracture line and the displacement of the femoral neck have a decisive influence on the destruction of the femoral head blood supply.
