锌、铁、锰的同时测定,在水质及生物等试样分析中具有一定的实际意义。我们曾发现,在乙二胺介质中,Zn(en)_3~(2+)及Mn(en)_3~(2+)均能在示波极谱仪上产生灵敏的络合物吸附波。进一步实验表明,Fe(en)_3~(3+)亦能产生灵敏的络合物吸附波。Zn(en)_3~(2+)、Fe(en)_3~(2+)、Mn(en)_3~(2+)络合物吸附波的峰电位分别为-1.42(对饱和甘汞电极,下同),-1.64和-1.74伏,故可以进行锌、铁、锰的同时测定。本方法所用底液组成十分简单,操作简便,灵敏度高。
The simultaneous determination of zinc, iron and manganese has certain practical significance in the analysis of samples such as water quality and biology. We have found that Zn (en) _3 ~ (2+) and Mn (en) _3 ~ (2+) can all produce sensitive complex adsorptive waves on oscillopolarographic instruments in ethylenediamine media. Further experiments show that Fe (en) _3 ~ (3+) can also produce sensitive complex adsorption wave. The peak potentials of Zn (en) _3 ~ (2 +), Fe (en) _3 ~ (2 +) and Mn (en) _3 ~ (2+) complexes were -1.42 , The same below), - 1.64 and -1.74 volts, so the simultaneous determination of zinc, iron and manganese can be carried out.
