选用6组缝焊工艺参数对铁铬铝复网毡进行焊接实验,观察分析了其接头形貌,测定了焊接接头的力学性能。结果表明,当焊接电极压力达3.6kN时,纤维毡沿压痕处断裂;焊接电流和焊接速度对焊接接头力学性能影响较大,当焊接电流为焊机额定电流的32%、焊接速度为0.6m/min、焊接压力为3.2kN时,焊接接头抗拉强度达到母材的87%。
Six seam welding parameters were selected to weld the iron-chromium-aluminum composite mesh. The morphology of the joint was observed and the mechanical properties of the welded joint were measured. The results show that when the welding electrode pressure reaches 3.6kN, the fiber mat fractures along the indentation. The welding current and welding speed greatly affect the mechanical properties of the welded joint. When the welding current is 32% of the rated current of the welding machine and the welding speed is 0.6 m / min, the welding pressure of 3.2kN, the tensile strength of welded joints reached 87% of the base metal.
