结合国内多数油田的实际情况 ,设计出以单片机为核心 ,根据油井井底出油量的多少对抽油泵进行实时控制的新型节电装置。模糊控制算法与传统控制方法相比 ,具有控制精度高、响应速度快等特点 ,能有效解决抽油泵的泵空问题 ,明显降低油田电能损耗 ,从而达到节能目的。
Combining with the actual situation of most domestic oilfields, a new type of energy-saving device with microcontroller as the core and real-time control of the oil pump according to the amount of oil well bottom oil is designed. Compared with the traditional control methods, the fuzzy control algorithm has the characteristics of high control precision and fast response speed, which can effectively solve the pump-empty problem of the oil pumping pump and obviously reduce the electric energy loss of the oilfield so as to save energy.
