以往关于本体问题的研究中,人们往往忽略了一个至关重要的问题,那就是本体论作为对于实在的基本特征的探讨或描述,不可避免地预设了描述主体的存在.而对于描述者存在方式的不同预设,决定了本体论的不同形态.对于描述主体存在方式的预设有三种现实的可能,从而本体论也便有三种可能的形态:绝对的本体论、历史的本体论、现实的本体论.从马克思对于个人的不可归结性的肯定,我们能够得出马克思的本体论不属于历史的本体论,更不属于绝对的本体论,而是属于现实的本体论的结论来.
