为研究拱型波纹屋盖结构在风荷载作用下的可靠度,基于蒙特卡罗法和响应面法的基本原理,利用AN-SYS有限元分析软件对不同矢跨比、不同支座形式的18m、30m跨拱型波纹屋盖进行风荷载作用下的挠度可靠度及应力可靠度分析.从计算结果得出,当波纹板厚度相等时,波纹拱结构跨度较小、矢高比较小、支座约束较强,结构的可靠程度相对较高;在设计中要注意波纹板厚度、矢高比、跨度、支座形式对结构应力和挠度可靠度的影响;利用ANSYS分析结构可靠度速度较快、数据合理,分析结果为结构设计和应用提供参考依据.
In order to study the reliability of arched corrugated roof structure under wind load, based on the basic principle of Monte Carlo method and response surface method, ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate the 18m , The deflection reliability and the stress reliability analysis of the 30m-span arch-type corrugated roof subjected to wind loads are analyzed.The results show that when the thickness of the corrugated board is equal, the span of the corrugated arch structure is small, Strong, the structural reliability is relatively high; in the design should pay attention to the corrugated board thickness, aspect ratio, span, bearing form of the structural stress and deflection reliability; using ANSYS analysis of structural reliability faster and reasonable data The results provide the basis for the design and application of the structure.
