目的:探讨X染色体连锁的凋亡抑制蛋白(Xiap)和Caspase-3在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达变化及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学两步法检测Xiap和Caspase-3在40例上皮性卵巢癌、20例卵巢上皮性交界性肿瘤、15例卵巢良性肿瘤和15例正常卵巢组织中的表达。结果:Xiap在正常卵巢组织、良性卵巢肿瘤、交界性卵巢肿瘤组织和上皮性卵巢癌中的阳性表达率呈逐渐增高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Caspase-3在交界性卵巢肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌中的阳性表达率明显低于正常卵巢组织和良性卵巢肿瘤(P<0.01)。上皮性卵巢癌中Xiap的阳性表达与临床分期、组织分级和生存状况有关(P<0.01);Caspase-3的阳性表达与临床分期和生存状况有关(P<0.01)。结论:XIAP、Caspase-3的表达在上皮性卵巢癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,可能是上皮性卵巢癌预后不良的因素。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the changes of X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (Xiap) and Caspase-3 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of Xiap and Caspase-3 in 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 20 cases of ovarian epithelial borderline tumor, 15 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 15 cases of normal ovarian tissue were detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. Results: The positive expression rate of Xiap in normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor, borderline ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer showed an increasing trend, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The positive rate of Caspase-3 in borderline ovarian cancer and epithelial ovarian cancer was significantly lower than that in normal ovarian tissue and benign ovarian tumor (P <0.01). The positive expression of Xiap in epithelial ovarian cancer was related to clinical stage, histological grade and survival status (P <0.01). The positive expression of Caspase-3 was correlated with clinical stage and survival status (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of XIAP and Caspase-3 plays an important role in the development and progression of epithelial ovarian cancer, which may be the reason of the poor prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
