近年来肺部的MR成像,尤其是肺部DWI的研究被越来越多的学者所关注。很多学者发现DWI对肺内结节良恶性的鉴别有较高的价值,且可用于评价肺癌的放化疗疗效。本文针对DWI在肺癌的鉴别诊断与疗效评价方面进行综述。
In recent years, lung MR imaging, especially lung DWI research by more and more scholars. Many scholars find that DWI is of great value in differentiating benign and malignant pulmonary nodules and can be used to evaluate the efficacy of chemoradiotherapy in lung cancer. This article reviews the differential diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of DWI in lung cancer.
