目的 探讨蝮蛇抗栓酶联合脉络宁治疗脑血栓的疗效。方法 将 68例脑血栓病人用蝮蛇抗栓酶和脉络宁分别加入两组静脉滴液中分次静滴 ,每日 1次 ,2 0次为 1疗程 ,连用 2个疗程后评定效果。结果 痊愈 8例 ,显效 19例 ,有效 31例 ,无效 10例 ,有效率 85 2 9%,未见副作用发生。结论 蝮蛇抗栓酶联合脉络宁治疗脑血栓疗效肯定 ,方案可行。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of viper snake antithrombin combined with Mailuoning on cerebral thrombosis. Methods 68 cases of cerebral thrombosis patients with viper antithrombin and Mailuoning were added to two groups of intravenous drip infusion in divided groups, once daily, 20 times for a course of treatment, once again after 2 courses to assess the effect. Results cured in 8 cases, 19 cases markedly effective in 31 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, 85 2 9% efficiency, no side effects occurred. Conclusion viper antithrombin combined with Mailuoning treatment of cerebral thrombosis certain effect, the program feasible.
