社会经济飞速发展的今天,资源环境对经济社会的影响日益增大。在当今低碳经济背景下,矿产资源企业在资源和环境的约束下要想实现可持续发展,难度愈来愈高。世界铝土矿储量丰富、分布广泛,但是资源相对集中,导致许多国家严重缺乏铝土矿资源。我国铝土矿资源保障程度有限,资源相对缺乏。本文以我国电解铝生产企业为研究对象,在资源环境的约束下提出通过发展循环经济从而实现可持续发展,并就如何发展循环经济提出了建议和对策。
With the rapid development of social economy, the impact of resources and environment on economy and society is increasing day by day. In today’s low-carbon economy, mineral resources enterprises are becoming more and more difficult to achieve sustainable development under the constraints of resources and the environment. The world’s bauxite reserves are abundant and widely distributed, but the relative concentration of resources has led to a serious lack of bauxite resources in many countries. China’s bauxite resources protection is limited, the relative lack of resources. In this paper, China’s electrolytic aluminum production enterprises as the research object, under the constraints of resources and the environment proposed by developing a recycling economy in order to achieve sustainable development, and how to develop circular economy recommendations and countermeasures.
