溴咖合剂为医院常用制剂,由溴化钾和安钠咖组成,常用0.05％尼泊金乙酯作为抑菌剂。制剂中安钠咖的含量测定方法有碘量法、中和法。本文根据安钠咖和尼泊金乙酯的紫外吸收光谱特征,采用吸收度线性组合分光光度法测定安钠咖含量。
