在世界经济一体化的大背景下,英语成为重要的商业语言,每个行业,尤其是涉外企业对所属专业人才的英语口语能力的需求迫切。口语能力也成为影响涉外就业水平的重要因素。为了探讨英语口语能力训练模式对涉外就业水平影响,我们设计了一套以学生为中心的体验式口语教学训练模式,对学生进行训练。结果提示,通过前瞻性研究,新模式与传统授课模式相比,显著提高学生的口语水平及涉外就业水平。
Under the background of economic integration in the world, English has become an important commercial language. Every industry, especially foreign-related enterprises, is in urgent need of oral English competence. Speaking ability has also become an important factor affecting the level of foreign employment. In order to explore the impact of Oral English proficiency training on foreign employment, we designed a set of student-centered experiential Oral English teaching to train students. The results suggest that through the prospective study, the new model significantly improves the students’ oral English and foreign employment compared with the traditional teaching mode.
