一、概述 陶沟河是韩庄运河、中运河交界处的一条主要支流,全长34km,流域面积697km2,是苏鲁两省的一条边界河道。1997年,韩庄运河扩大治理工程完成后,防洪标准达到每20年一遇。省界陶沟河河口对应的设计洪水位为29.37m,对陶沟河行洪产生顶托,使回水影响段水位抬高。回水影响段滩地地面高程为24-25m堤身两侧多年采砂形成的深塘,砂层出露。1998年右堤(台儿庄境内)堤外采砂坑塘出现涌水、冒砂现象。通过对堤身、堤基渗透稳定计算分析,其两者都达不到稳定要求。因此,对陶沟河河口回水影响段大堤进行加固
I. Introduction Tao Daohe is a major tributary of the Hanzhuang Canal and the Middle Canal. The total length of the dam is 34km and the drainage area is 697km2. It is a border river between the two provinces of Sulu. In 1997, Hanzhuang Canal expansion control project is completed, flood control standards to meet once every 20 years.
