目的:总结探讨经腹膜外途径腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的手术护理配合及体会。方法:总结分析28例采用腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治手术的护理配合。术前充分做好各项准备,手术室护士密切配合及完善各项手术护理。结果:28例患者手术顺利,手术时间125-265min,术中出血50-500ml,术后恢复好,无并发症发生。结论:术前精心准备、术中密切配合,手术护士做好各个环节的密切配合,是手术顺利开展的必要条件。
Objective: To summarize the surgical nursing cooperation and experience of transperitoneal laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Methods: A total of 28 cases underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy with nursing intervention. Fully prepared before surgery, operating room nurses close cooperation and improve the various surgical care. Results: The operation of 28 patients was successful, the operation time was 125-265min, the intraoperative bleeding was 50-500ml, the recovery was good and no complication occurred. Conclusion: Careful preparation before surgery, close cooperation during operation, close cooperation between nurses and surgical nurses are the necessary conditions for successful operation.
