1.本文驗証Hickling等的“逆向極譜”基本理論的主要論点,并証明鎘汞齐电極上的扩散屬于线性扩散类型,扩散电流强度与汞齐濃度遵守綫性扩散式, i_t=nFAD~(1/2)C(1/(πt~(1/2)),不同濃度的鎘汞齐所生的陽極波其半波电位为一定数值。 2.把汞齐体积改为4毫升,鎘汞齐濃度在2.37—9.46mM范圍內濃度与扩散电流成直綫关系,可作定量分析的基础。
1. This paper verifies the main argument of Hickling et al.’s “reverse polarographic” basic theory and proves that the diffusion on the cadmium amalgam electrode belongs to the linear diffusion type, the diffusion current intensity and the amalgam concentration follow the linear diffusion equation, i_t = nFAD ~ ( 1/2) C (1 / (πt ~ (1/2)), the half wave potential of the anode wave generated by different concentrations of cadmium amalgam is a certain value. 2. Change the amalgam volume to 4 ml, Qi concentrations in the range of 2.37-9.46mM concentration and diffusion current into a linear relationship can be used as a basis for quantitative analysis.
