乙炔是有机合成工业极重要的原料,也是切割和焊接金属的主要燃料气体。目前有两种方法运输乙炔: 1.加压到25表压使乙炔成溶解状态(在气瓶内); 2.制成电石,在使用地点可以从电石制得乙炔。在常压下用絕热容器运输和储藏液化氧、氮、氬、氯、氨和乙烯的方法已經找到了工业应用,而液体乙炔或固体乙炔的运輸方法还没有研究成功。
Acetylene is a very important raw material for the organic synthesis industry and the main fuel gas for cutting and welding metals. Currently there are two ways to transport acetylene: 1. Pressurize to 25 gauge to dissolve the acetylene (in the cylinder); 2. Make calcium carbide, where acetylene can be obtained from the carbide. Industrial applications have been found for the transport and storage of liquefied oxygen, nitrogen, argon, chlorine, ammonia and ethylene in insulated containers at atmospheric pressure, while the transport of liquid acetylene or solid acetylene has not been studied successfully.
