目的 观察聚四氢呋喃聚乳酸 (共聚物 C4 )作为可降解玻璃体替代物对孔源性视网膜脱离的治疗效果。 方法 32只健康有色成年家兔 6 4只眼制成孔源性视网膜脱离模型 ,行玻璃体切割联合视网膜复位术 ,应用共聚物 C4 作为玻璃体替代物 ,观察视网膜复位情况及手术后并发症。 结果 手术后 3个月 ,视网膜复位率 96 .4 % ,白内障发生率 10 .9% ,青光眼发生率 5 .5 % ,共聚物乳化发生率 10 .2 %。 结论 共聚物 C4 可有效顶压视网膜裂孔 3个月 ,是一种有价值的玻璃体替代物。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of polytetrahydrofuran polylactic acid (copolymer C4) as a biodegradable vitreous substitute for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods 64 eyes of 32 healthy adult rabbits were made into rhegmatogenous retinal detachment model. Vitrectomy combined with retinal reattachment was performed. The copolymer C4 was used as vitreous substitute to observe the retinal reattachment and postoperative complications. Results 3 months after surgery, the retinal reattachment rate was 96.4%, the incidence of cataract was 10.9%, the incidence of glaucoma was 5.5% and the incidence of copolymer emulsification was 10.2%. Conclusion Copolymer C4 can effectively pressure retinal tears for 3 months, is a valuable alternative to vitreous.
