用分形维数描述和比较了超塑变形中不同稀土含量的铝锌镁合金的空洞变化规律。实验结果表明,该合金空洞的分形维数与其稀土含量密切相关。稀土含量越低,空洞分形维数越大,空洞破碎程度越大,超塑性能越低。
Fractal dimension was used to describe and compare the cavities of Al-Zn-Mg alloy with different RE content in superplastic deformation. The experimental results show that the fractal dimension of the alloy cavity is closely related to its rare earth content. The lower the content of rare earths, the larger the fractal dimension of voids, the greater the degree of voids and the lower the superplasticity.
