目的报告2例 T 细胞、B 细胞双表型淋巴瘤。方法回顾2例 T 细胞、B 细胞双表型淋巴瘤临床病理资料,HE 染色、免疫组化染色结果。结果 2例 T 细胞、B 细胞淋巴瘤镜下形态学多样性,免疫组化既表达 T 细胞标记、又表达 B 细胞标记。结论非霍奇金淋巴瘤存在 T 细胞、B细胞双表型。
Objective To report 2 cases of T cells, B cell dual phenotype lymphoma. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 2 T-cell and B-cell double-phenotype lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. HE staining and immunohistochemical staining were performed. Results The morphological diversity of T cells and B - cell lymphoma was observed in two cases. Immunohistochemistry showed both T - cell markers and B - cell markers. Conclusion Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma has dual phenotypes of T cells and B cells.
