应用ＰＣＲ技术从生物个体内扩增出整套抗体轻、重链Ｖ区基因，克隆λ噬菌体或噬粒表达载体系统，构建抗体表达文库，通过抗原亲和吸附→洗脱→繁殖（Ｐａｎｎｉｎｇ）从中筛选富集多种目的克隆，制备相应单克隆抗体。本文就此项技术研究新进展作一简要介绍。
Amplification of complete set of antibody light and heavy chain V region genes from clones by PCR was used to clone λ phage or phagemid expression vector system to construct antibody expression library and filter out by affinity affinity adsorption → elution → multiplication Enriched a variety of purpose cloning, preparation of the corresponding monoclonal antibody. This article gives a brief introduction of new progress of this technology research.
