广东省医学图书情报协作中心在省科委、高教局、文化局和卫生厅的关怀支持下,于1983年4月4日在广州召开。参加会议的成员馆代表有:中山医学院图书馆、广州医学院图书馆、广州中医学院图书馆、广东医药学院图书馆、暨南大学图书馆、中国人民解放军第一军医大学图书馆、广东医学科学院图书馆、广东省医学情报研究所、广东省中心图书馆和广州图书馆等19个单位、22名代表。到会代表一致表示支持建立协作中心,认真地讨
Guangdong Medical Library and Information Collaboration Center was held in Guangzhou on April 4, 1983 with the care and support of the Provincial Science and Technology Commission, the Higher Education Bureau, the Cultural Affairs Bureau and the Health Department. Delegates to the conference include: Zhongshan Medical College Library, Guangzhou Medical College Library, Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library, Guangdong Medical College Library, Jinan University Library, PLA First Military Medical University Library, Guangdong Academy of Medical Sciences Library, Guangdong Provincial Institute of Medical Intelligence, Guangdong Provincial Library and the Guangzhou Library 19 units, 22 representatives.
