理论上的成熟是政治上成熟的基础;政治上的清醒和坚定离不开理论的武装与指导。目前,我们的干部队伍中大多数同志受过高等教育,有一定的理论基础,为什么还要强调加强理论学习,提高理论素质?这是因为,在建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大事业中,新事物、新问题、新情况层出不穷。在社会主义市场经济条件下,许多问题比在计划经济条件下要复杂得多,可我们运用理论指导解决实际问题还存在这样或那样的不足。
Theoretical maturity is the basis of political maturity; political awakening and determination can not be separated from the theory of armed forces and guidance. At present, most of our cadres are highly educated and have a certain theoretical basis. Why should we emphasize strengthening theoretical study and theoretical quality? This is because, in the great cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, new things New problems and new situations are emerging. Under the socialist market economy, many problems are much more complicated than under the conditions of a planned economy. However, there are still some shortcomings or problems in using theoretical guidance to solve practical problems.
