本文认为,为了进一步搞好对外开放,应以优化国民经济的发展为目的,稳定贸易开放度,同时注重提高贸易结构及整个经济结构的层次,扩大在劳务贸易、国际资本流动、国际分工、国际生产等方面与世界经济的关联,并注意提高对外开放的间接效益。同时,还应根据当代科技进步和世界经济发展的趋势重新认识我们的比较优势,以智力开发为先导,以国内的经济发展为基点。使我们能够逐步地依靠自己的实力真正走向世界。
This article holds that in order to further open the door to the outside world, we should stabilize the degree of trade openness for the purpose of optimizing the development of the national economy while paying attention to raising the level of the trade structure and the entire economic structure.
