目的 观察内源性哇巴因 (EO)在 SD大鼠和恒河猴肾上腺、垂体和下丘脑组织的分布 .方法 采用高度特异的抗哇巴因兔血清 ,用免疫组织化学 ABC法观察 EO在大鼠和恒河猴肾上腺等组织的分布 .结果 在大鼠和恒河猴的肾上腺皮质内侧网状带细胞中可以观察到丰富的哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质 ,垂体后叶有较弱的哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质 ,而下丘脑并未发现有哇巴因免疫反应物质存在 .结论 哇巴因免疫反应阳性物质主要存在于 SD大鼠和恒河猴的肾上腺皮质网状带 ,为 EO作为一种新的肾上腺皮质激素提供了形态学依据
Objective To observe the distribution of endogenous ouabain (EO) in the adrenal gland, pituitary and hypothalamus of SD rats and rhesus monkeys.Methods The highly specific anti-ouabain rabbit serum was used to detect the expression of EO by immunohistochemistry Rats and rhesus monkeys adrenal gland tissue distribution.Results Abundant ouabain immunoreactive positive substance can be observed in the medial adrenal reticular cells of rats and rhesus monkeys, But not in the hypothalamus.Conclusion ouabain immunoreactive substances mainly exist in the adrenocortical reticulum of SD rats and rhesus monkeys, A new adrenocorticotropic hormone provides a morphological basis
