血磷浓度降低,见于多种急慢性疾病。在糖尿病酮症酸中毒时,做为糖尿病的继发结果,每发生磷酸的经尿丢失。然而入院当时的血磷浓度,却每示以正常,甚或偏高。 开始治疗后,磷酸向细胞内转移,故血中浓度急剧下降。其下降程度,竟可引起意识改变、溶血、肌肉溶解,或引起心肌病变,甚至能达至引起血液输氧能力降低的程度。但是,对治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒时补予磷酸盐的作用,尚不清楚。
Reduced serum phosphorus, found in a variety of acute and chronic diseases. In diabetic ketoacidosis, as a secondary result of diabetes, each occurrence of phosphate loss of urine. However, at the time of admission, serum phosphorus concentrations were shown normal or even high. After starting treatment, the phosphoric acid is transferred to the cells, so the concentration in the blood drops sharply. The extent of its decline can actually cause a change of consciousness, hemolysis, muscle lysis, or cause myocardial lesions, and even can cause the blood oxygen level decreased. However, the role of phosphate in the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis is unclear.
