采用回顾性研究的方法,对用Nd∶YAG激光施行后囊膜切开术并发视网膜脱离的危险因素和发生率进行了研究。结果在经激光治疗的336只白内障摘出术后患眼中,有13眼(3.6%)发生孔源性视网膜脱离。其中在植入后房型人工晶体的276眼中占10眼,发生率为3.6%;在72只无晶体眼中占3眼,发生率为4.2%。从施行激光治疗到发生视网膜脱离的平均间隔时间,为5.79个月,11眼发生在一年之内,其中6眼发生于最初两个月内。男女发生率分别为6.2%和1.5%,两者有显著差异。
A retrospective study was conducted to investigate the risk factors and incidence of posterior capsulotomy with retinal detachment using Nd:YAG laser. Results Rhegmatogenous retinal detachment occurred in 13 eyes (3.6%) of 336 cataract patients who were laser treated. Among them, 10 eyes (27%) were implanted intraocular lens (IOL), accounting for 3.6% of the 276 eyes, and 3 eyes (72 eyes) with aphakia of 4.2%. The mean interval from laser treatment to retinal detachment was 5.79 months, with 11 eyes occurring within a year, of which 6 occurred within the first two months. Male and female incidence rates were 6.2% and 1.5%, both significantly different.
