本文报道了应用运动试验的新的△R标准判定有完全性右束支阻滞(CRBBB)患者平板运动试验的结果。全组58例均有CRBBB。其中40例为可疑冠心病组,对照组18例属于“临床健康人”。58例CRBBB受检者运动试验的结果均采用传统的ST标准和新的△R标准判定。结果(1)40例可疑冠心病组中仅1例ST标准
This article reports the results of the treadmill exercise test in patients with complete right bundle branch block (CRBBB) based on the new ΔR criteria for exercise testing. The whole group of 58 patients had CRBBB. Among them, 40 cases were suspicious coronary heart disease group and 18 cases in control group were “clinically healthy person”. 58 cases of CRBBB subjects exercise test results using the traditional ST standard and the new △ R standard decision.
