先天性眼震的手术治疗,近年来相继增多。我院自1980年以来收治23例,手术效果较满意,将有关的个人体会报告如下。一般资料我科收治的23例先天性眼震均为冲动性、水平型。年令8～21岁。平均年令15.1岁。3例下颌轻度内收、4例下颌轻度上举。合并斜视者5例。屈光不正15例。角膜缘试验2～13mm,平均5.8mm。23例中1例为小儿外科误诊为先天性斜颈而做了胸锁乳头肌切断术,术后斜颈未获改善转来我
Congenital nystagmus surgery in recent years have increased. Our hospital since 1980 treated 23 cases, the surgical results are more satisfactory, the personal experience will be reported as follows. General information 23 cases admitted to our department congenital nystagmus are impulsive, horizontal type. Years 8 to 21 years old.
