为了深入地了解工人队伍的基本状况,根据中央书记处的要求和全国总工会的统一部署,江苏省总工会和省城调队联合在全省范围内进行了一次较大规模的系统调查。这次调查采取典型调查和抽样调查相结合的方法,抽选了16个典型调查单位和39个细分行业中的4750名职工(含100个个体工商户),就其思想观念、经济生活、劳动就业观、对改革政策和政治地位的认识等各方面进行了问卷调查。在调查数据初步汇总的基础上,又先后两次邀请了有关专家学者进行专题论证。调查情况综述如下:
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the basic conditions of the workforce, according to the requirements of the Central Secretariat and the unified arrangements of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Jiangsu Federation of Trade Unions and the provincial provincial transfer team jointly conducted a large-scale systematic investigation within the province.
