通过对２１例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）的ＱＲＳｓ与心室晚电位持续时间之间的关系探讨，认为晚电位持续时间与左室功能密切相关。ＡＭＩ后无论晚电位阳性与否，随晚电位时间延长，心功能越差。
Through the relationship between the QRSs of 21 AMI patients and the duration of ventricular late potentials, we concluded that the duration of late potentials is closely related to left ventricular function. No matter whether the late positivity is positive or not after AMI, the heart function becomes worse with the prolongation of the late potentials.
