根据上海,北京、旅大等地的调查,随地吐痰的地上痰样中,经涂片检查结核菌的发现率占2％左右;无锡市肺结核病防治院于1956年春在公园、马路、电影院等不同地方,收集612件痰样,经直接涂片检查有15件结核菌阳性,占2.4％。可见随地吐痰和结核病的流行,是有着密切关系的。为完成农业发展纲要修正草案中所提出的积极防治肺结核任务,积极地开展劝止随地吐痰宣传活动,是非常必要的。无锡市自三月中旬开展除四害请卫生运动后,群众热情非常高涨,在这个基础上成立了爱国卫生运动总指挥部,在总指挥部的领导下由3月21日到30日开展了劝止随地吐痰运动。在运动过程中,有收荻也有需要进一步改进的地方。我们认为在开展宣传活动之前,必须有充分的准备,以保证运动的顺利开展。我院在院长的直接领导下,成立了宣传核心小组,组织了20名基本宣传员和流功宣传员。学习了上海、北京、旅大
