本文介绍了齿轮强度可靠性设计的内容与方法。还分析了不同情况下可靠程度与安全系数的关系,提出了二者之间的计算公式,并进行了讨论,对齿轮可靠性计算中如何确定安全系数提出了初步设想。
This article describes the contents and methods of gear strength reliability design. The relationship between the degree of reliability and the safety factor under different conditions is also analyzed. The calculation formula between the two is proposed and discussed. The initial assumption is made on how to determine the safety factor in the calculation of gear reliability.
