按国内水轮发电机组使用情况,常见故障有出力不足(下降),振动、轴承工作温度偏高,汽蚀,三漏(即漏水,漏油,漏气)等。现就常见的故障分析、处理分述如下:1.水轮机振动:一、机组振动现象与后果所谓机组振动就是机组另部件周期性异常位移或摆动。其表现形式,轻则局限于个别旋转部件,重则使支撑件摆动超过允许数值,甚至波及整个机组和厂房,其严重后果主要有以下几个方面:(一)破坏构件和焊缝,扩大了原有构件的缺陷,造成断裂,危及机组安全运行。
