目的 探讨尖锐湿疣从异型增生到癌变过程 DNA含量及其变化规律。方法 应用 JDICM- A图像分析系统检测 34例伴异型增生 ~ 级尖锐湿疣 ,9例伴癌变尖锐湿疣和 2 5例单纯尖锐湿疣细胞 DNA含量。结果 单纯尖锐湿疣、尖锐湿疣伴异型增生 级 ,尖锐湿疣合并原位癌及尖锐湿疣癌变之间 DNA含量依次递增。单纯尖锐湿疣基本为二倍体 (2 C) ,随着细胞异型程度的升级直至癌变 ,2 C区的比值依次递减 ,3C~ 4C区的比值依次递增 ,差异显著 ,其中尖锐湿疣伴异型增生 级细胞含有 >5 C的非整倍体细胞。结论 尖锐湿疣伴有异型增生 级的细胞是一种异常增殖细胞 ,在伴有异型增生的尖锐湿疣癌变中发挥了一定作用。
Objective To investigate the DNA content and its variation of genital warts from dysplasia to carcinogenesis. Methods DNA content of 34 patients with condyloma acuminata, 9 condylomata acuminata and 25 condyloma acuminatum were detected by JDICM-A image analysis system. Results Simple condyloma acuminatum, genital warts with dysplasia grade, condyloma acuminata in situ carcinoma and condyloma acuminata cancer DNA between the order of increasing. Simple condyloma acuminatum basically diploid (2 C), with the degree of cellular dysplasia until the cancer, 2 C area ratio decreased in turn, 3C ~ 4C area ratio increased in turn, the difference was significant, in which genital warts with dysplasia Cells contain> 5 C aneuploid cells. Conclusion The condyloma acuminatum accompanied with dysplastic grade cells is an abnormal proliferating cell and plays a role in the carcinogenesis of condyloma acuminatum associated with dysplasia.
