针对锰矿石转炉直接合金化工艺存在锰收得率低、收得率不稳定、影响因素多等缺点,为进一步提高锰的利用率,提出锰矿石LF合金化工艺。通过热力学和动力学两方面分析锰矿石在LF的冶金效果,揭示出锰矿石在LF的还原机理,明确锰矿石还原效果的影响因素及提高锰利用率应采取的具体措施。生产实践表明,利用该工艺平均锰收得率可达92%左右,比转炉合金化工艺提高30%以上,可降低炼钢成本9.62元/t。
In order to improve the utilization rate of manganese, aiming at the disadvantages of low manganese recovery rate, unstable yield and many influencing factors, direct alloying technology of manganese ore converter is proposed. The metallurgical effect of manganese ore on LF was analyzed through thermodynamics and kinetics, the reduction mechanism of manganese ore at LF was revealed, the influencing factors of reducing effect of manganese ore and the specific measures to be taken to improve manganese utilization rate were revealed. Production practice shows that the utilization of the average manganese recovery rate of up to 92%, compared with the converter alloying process increased by 30%, can reduce the cost of steel 9.62 yuan / t.
