First, the brutal colonial rule Twenty-one years Guangxu (1895, Japan Meiji 28 years) summer, the Japanese army invaded Taiwan, into Taipei. On October 4 (November 20), the Taiwan Governor Government of Japan opens the “Peace-congratulation Conference for the Island” in Taipei. It promulgates the Taiwan Penalties Decree, Taiwan Civil Enforcement Decree, Taiwan Resident Civil Litigation Order, Taiwan Prison Order, and Taipei Prison, suppress Taiwan people.
