The experimental results show that increasing the package size can lead to a 76% chance of changing the load deflection of the unit. However, the corrugation box shape changes from B or BC to reduce the unit load deviation by as much as 23%. The study also showed that the effect of the unit load deflection of the low stiffness pallet and the corrugated flute type varies most.
