For years, people have been trying to get rid of bitter ingredients in oranges and grapes, making them more palatable. However, American researchers found through research that nomilin, a bitter orange-grated compound, turned out to be the killer of cancer. Lamb, a professor at the University of Minnesota in the United States, and Hasgawa, a California-based expert on fruit and vegetable chemistry, conducted a joint study in which they fed mice with a carcinogen while taking them as nominulin. As a result, 28% of mice
