铝可经消化道吸收,使脏器内铝含量增高,其中以骨、脑最明显。铝可干扰钙、磷代谢及使脑组织内胆碱酯酶活性增高。铝可引起肾、骨及脑的损伤。电镜可见脑海马回及大脑皮层损伤显著。长期铝暴露也可使小鼠生长发育减缓。脑、骨、肾疾患人群是环境铝的高危险人群。
Aluminum can be absorbed through the digestive tract, so that the organ of aluminum content increased, of which the most obvious bone and brain. Aluminum can interfere with calcium and phosphorus metabolism and make brain tissue increased cholinesterase activity. Aluminum can cause kidney, bone and brain damage. Electron microscopy showed hippocampus back and cerebral cortex damage significantly. Long-term aluminum exposure can also slow the growth of mice. People with brain, bone and kidney disease are high risk groups of environmental aluminum.
