在试验室模拟了连续退火的镀锡钢板MR T-4CA不同变形量的平整。研究了平整变形量对连续退火的MR T-4CA镀锡钢板力学性能、时效性能及组织的影响。提出了通过平整变形量实现高硬度级别镀锡产品的生产工艺参数,这能为工业应用提供依据。
In the laboratory simulation of a continuous annealing of tin-plated steel plate MR T-4CA different deformation levels. The effect of flat deformation on the mechanical properties, aging properties and microstructure of the continuously annealed MR T-4CA tinplate was studied. It is put forward that through the flat deformation, the production process parameters of high hardness tinning products can be provided, which can provide the basis for industrial application.
