评价了纤维素酶和β-葡聚糖酶在打浆过程中节约能耗的作用。在不同的酶用量和反应时间下,用两种酶制剂(Celluclast 1.5L和Viscozyme L)改善漂白硫酸盐蓝桉浆的打浆过程。在相同打浆能耗(PFI1500转)下这种处理方法可使滤水性提高80%。用纤维素酶处理效果更为显著。通过纸浆黏度评价浆料的降解,与酶处理后纤维长度轻微下降的现象是一致的。酶处理并没有使纸浆强度性能受到损失,事实上,还观察到对纸张内结合强度有一定的提高。
The effect of cellulase and β-glucanase on energy conservation during beating was evaluated. Two enzyme preparations (Celluclast 1.5L and Viscozyme L) were used to improve the beating process of bleached sulphate blue eucalyptus pulp at different enzyme loadings and reaction times. At the same beating energy consumption (PFI 1500 rpm), this treatment results in a 80% increase in drainage. Treatment with cellulase is more pronounced. The evaluation of pulp degradation by pulp viscosity was consistent with the slight decrease in fiber length after enzyme treatment. Enzymatic treatment did not result in loss of pulp strength performance, in fact, it was also observed that there was a certain increase in the bond strength within the paper.
