我国是世界上最大的发展中国家,农村人口占总人口的80%,从某种意义上讲,农村的教育决定了中国的未来。在农村这个教育战线上,要搞好农村小学教育,必须注重班级管理,而班主任又是班级学生的组织者、领导者和教育者,是学生健康成长的引路人,是联系班级与科任教师、沟通学校与学生家庭以及社会教育力量的桥梁。下面,我就怎样做好一名农村中学的班主任谈一谈自己的看法。
