1965年～1974年10年间,在美国报告了2302例人布鲁氏菌病(以下简称布病)。年病例数自1965年的262例逐年下降到1973年的175例,这种下降趋势却在1974年出现了逆转,报告了247例。这种回升似乎同牛型布病发病率的增长直接有关。在上述10年间疾病防制中心收到2047份(占总病例数的89%)人布病的病例调查报告,其中1891例是新发病例,156例是复发病例。本文总结了这些病例的有关材料。
Between 1965 and 1974, 2302 cases of brucellosis were reported in the United States (hereinafter referred to as brucellosis). The annual number of cases dropped from 262 in 1965 to 175 in 1973, a decline that was reversed in 1974, reporting 247 cases. This recovery seems to be directly related to the increase in the incidence of bovine brucellosis. Over the 10 years, CDC received 2047 case reports of brucellosis (89% of the total number of cases), of which 1891 were newly diagnosed and 156 were recurrent. This article summarizes the relevant materials in these cases.
