作为会计人才培养的主要阵地,高职院校会计教学的目的是为中小企业培养出优秀的会计人才。高职会计专业学生在步入工作岗位后,需快速的适应工作岗位需求,其职业技能应接近或达到中小企业会计主管的水平,如此才能熟练的处理会计业务,针对不同企业经营特点,适应会计环境,并做出正确的会计职业判断,更好地满足时代发展需要。强化高职会计人才职业技能即要打好专业理论基础,进行丰富的会计实践,培养良好的专业胜任能力。本文从以上三个方面对高职会计人才职业技能培养策略进行了探讨,希望为促进高职会计人才更好的就业提供参考作用。
As the main position of accounting personnel training, the purpose of accounting teaching in higher vocational colleges is to train outstanding accounting talents for SMEs. After entering the job, higher vocational accounting students need to quickly adapt to the needs of jobs, their professional skills should be close to or reach the level of SME accounting supervisor, so as to be able to skillfully deal with accounting business, according to different business characteristics, to adapt to accounting Environment, and make the correct accounting professional judgment, to better meet the needs of the development of the times. To strengthen occupational skills of accounting talents in higher vocational schools means to lay a solid foundation for professional theories, conduct rich accounting practices and cultivate good professional competence. This article from the above three aspects of higher vocational accounting personnel vocational skills training strategies were discussed, hoping to promote higher vocational accounting personnel to provide better reference for employment.
