连续两年以当地主栽品种半紧凑型玉米Ｓｃ－７０４为对照，对紧凑型玉米掖单１２号籽粒灌浆特性进行研究，结果掖单１２号具有籽粒体积大、灌浆时间长、增产潜力大等特点，其生育期比Ｓｃ－７０４长６—８天。同时，籽粒体积、籽粒灌浆速率和含水量关系极为密切；灌浆速率和气温变化也表现一定的相关性。籽粒生理成熟后，在不影响后作的前提下，适当推迟收获期，能增加千粒重，提高产量。
The results showed that Yedan 12 had the advantages of large grain size, long grouting time, large yield potential and so on. Characteristics, the growth period of 6-8 days longer than the Sc-704. At the same time, grain volume, grain filling rate and water content were closely related to each other. Grain filling rate and temperature also showed some correlations. Physiological maturity of the grain, without prejudice to the premise, the appropriate postponement of harvest, can increase 1000-grain weight, increase production.
