Von－Hippie－Lindou病临床上并不少见，但同时伴发糖尿病和硬皮病实属罕见，3种疾病均可致眼底损害，现报道1例。患者女性，24岁，未婚。1995年3月17日以糖尿病！型和嗜铭细胞癌收住内分泌科，4月24日因双眼视物模糊1年，由眼科会诊行眼底荧光血管造影（FAG）。体检：BP24／15
Von-Hippie-Lindou disease is not uncommon in clinical practice, but it is rare with both diabetes and scleroderma. Three diseases can cause fundus damage. One case is reported. Female patient, 24 years old, unmarried. March 17, 1995 with diabetes! The endocrine and cancer cells were recruited into the Department of Endocrinology. On April 24, due to blurred vision in both eyes for 1 year, the Department of Ophthalmology consulted with fundus fluorescein angiography (FAG). Physical examination: BP24/15
