怎样做好农村区镇卫生院医护人员结核病专业培训,提高防治管理水平,是当前结防工作中急待解决的问题。我县于1986年采取下乡培训、分类指导的办法,起到事半功倍的效果,现汇报如下。一、具体做法 1.分散设点培训。为充分调动区镇卫生院的医疗技术力量,我们采取了专业机构和卫生院联合培训的形式,建立了以县结防科为主的结防培训指导中心。县中心设有专职人员,负责与卫生院培训点联系、编印学习资料,并协同卫生院做好培训管理工作。各培训点负责组织医护人员参加学习。这种以基层卫生院为培训点的办法,不仅提高了培训效率。而且能充分发挥卫生院组织的保证作用。 2.采取下乡培训、分类指导的方法,认真组织面授,保证培训质量。县培训中心人员,自带教材巡回
