我和另一位实验教师长期从事理化实验教学工作,前年开始,我俩还和理化教研组老师一起共同辅导学生参加实验竞赛。年级组选拔一些尖子生或对物理、化学较有兴趣的学生集中在一起,由我们实验辅导教师进行上课、指导,这有利于学生培养能力、发展个性、释放学生潜能。辅导学生参加理化实验竞赛的目的是将来能培养出更多、更好的社会所需要的,具有创新意识和实践能力的高素质人才,这符合竞赛所称的“物理、化学素质和实验能力”的竞赛
